All 2 bedroom units contain washers and dryers.

Community amenities include a spacious inner courtyard, pool with covered bbq areas, club house, garages, carports and extra storage.

Extra garages are available to rent for $40 per month.

All residents of Cedar Creek Village and Cedar Springs Estates have use of the Cedar Creek Village Club House with fitness center, racquet ball court, and gift shop; and the Cedar Springs II Exercise Room.
